Simply download the template, complete the form above, and upload your client file.

Preparing your file

  • Download the template using the button above or by clicking the link here.

  • Use the headers provided in the file. The import must match the template exactly and must be saved as a CSV (.csv) file type.

  • You can add up to 1,000 records to be included in this mailing.

Completing the form

  • Please enter your contact information.

  • Be as accurate as possible.

  • Include your name and phone number along with your agency's information.

  • This information will be used as the return address information in the letter along with your name and phone number in the signature section. To see a sample letter click here.

Uploading your file

  • Once you have completed the form, you will be able to upload your client file.

  • Please review the data before uploading your file. Avoid records with missing addresses or other information as these will be skipped from the mailing.

  • In the box next to “Upload file” simply select the CSV file you prepared, and you will get a message stating it was successfully uploaded or an error message with information that needs to be corrected.
